Express delivery by Royal Mail in 1-2 working days is £7. Please order by 3pm between Monday and Friday for same day despatch via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Please note that Royal Mail aim to deliver parcels sent using their Tracked 24 service on the next working day (including Saturdays), but this is not guaranteed especially during peak times. 6. If printed, apply your returns label to the largest side of your parcel and then either drop it at a Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point, or have your parcel ready for collection if you have chosen that option.
7. You'll then receive proof of posting which is required for all returns.
8. We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your parcel, although during sale periods this can be a little longer. Once approved, the refund should then appear on your bank or credit card statement within 5-10 working days. This will include a deduction of £2.50 per parcel received.
