We're a small but mighty team with big ambitions, based in the beautiful coastal town of Poole.
Our team is made up of 80% women and offers a dynamic mix of skills, life experiences and personalities. Together, we’re on a mission to create better clothes in a better way.
We thrive on collaboration and support, both within our team at HQ and with our valued factory partners. We work hard, challenge each other, and celebrate our victories together.
Beyond work, we love to enjoy life’s simple pleasures – like gardening (no matter the British weather), curling up with a great book, or sharing countless cups of tea (always accompanied by biscuits!).
Dorset’s beautiful coastline and countryside always gives us the perfect backdrop to recharge and refocus.
