3. Please visit www.kite-clothing.co.uk/returns-label to generate your returns label or arrange a free of charge collection (your postman will bring your printed label).
4. You will be asked to confirm the size and dimensions of your return, as well as provide your order information and details of the return.
5. You can either print your returns label yourself or go to the Post Office where it can be printed for you, or arrange a collection.
6. If printed, apply your returns label to the largest side of your parcel and then either drop it at a Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point, or have your parcel ready for collection if you have chosen that option.
7. You'll then receive proof of posting which is required for all returns.
8. We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your parcel, although during sale periods this can be a little longer. Once approved, the refund should then appear on your bank or credit card statement within 5-10 working days. This will include a deduction of £2.50 per parcel received.

For international returns you will need to pay for postage. To return your items you need to:

Express delivery by Royal Mail in 1-2 working days is £7. Please order by 3pm between Monday and Friday for same day despatch via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Please note that Royal Mail aim to deliver parcels sent using their Tracked 24 service on the next working day (including Saturdays), but this is not guaranteed especially during peak times. European Union
