Please note that Royal Mail aim to deliver parcels sent using their Tracked 24 service on the next working day (including Saturdays), but this is not guaranteed especially during peak times. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day.

European Union

To make your Christmas shopping even easier, our returns are now extended - anything purchased between 1 November and 24 December 2025 can be returned up to 31 January 2026.

• Returns can be made within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
• Garments must be in their original condition and with labels intact.
• If you are returning part of your order, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.

6. If printed, apply your returns label to the largest side of your parcel and then either drop it at a Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point, or have your parcel ready for collection if you have chosen that option.
7. You'll then receive proof of posting which is required for all returns.
8. We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your parcel, although during sale periods this can be a little longer. Once approved, the refund should then appear on your bank or credit card statement within 5-10 working days. This will include a deduction of £2.50 per parcel received.
