6. If printed, apply your returns label to the largest side of your parcel and then either drop it at a Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point, or have your parcel ready for collection if you have chosen that option.

8. We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your parcel, although during sale periods this can be a little longer.
