- You can either print your returns label yourself or go to the Post Office where it can be printed for you, or arrange a collection.
- If printed, apply your returns label to the largest side of your parcel and then either drop it at a Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point, or have your parcel ready for collection if you have chosen that option.
- You'll then receive proof of posting which is required for all returns.
