Kite Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Buying a Gift Card
- Gift Cards are available in the following amounts: £10, £25, £50, and £100.
- Gift Cards can’t be discounted or bought as part of a promotion.
Using Your Gift Card
- Gift Cards can be used online only at kite-clothing.co.uk.
- If your order costs more than the value on your card, you can pay the difference using another payment method.
- Gift Cards can’t be exchanged for cash or used to buy another Gift Card.
- If you return something you bought with a Gift Card, the refund will go back onto the card.
- Any remaining balance stays on your card until you use it.
- We may refuse a card if we believe it’s been tampered with or involved in fraud.
Validity & Balance
- Gift Cards are valid for 24 months.
- Any unused balance will expire after this time.
- To check a balance, contact us at info@kite-clothing.co.uk or call 01202 733222.
- Please treat your card like cash - we can’t replace lost or stolen cards.
Cancellations
- Gift Cards can’t be exchanged for cash or vouchers.
- Refunds are only available if required by law (e.g., if the card is faulty).
- If you bought your Gift Card online or by phone, you can cancel it within 14 days, as long as the balance hasn’t been used. Just email info@kite-clothing.co.uk.
Updates to These Terms
- We may update these terms when needed, but this won’t affect your statutory rights.
