Delivery pricing

UK

Tracked delivery by Royal Mail in 3-5 working days is FREE for all orders over £60, and just £4 for orders under £60.

Express delivery by Royal Mail in 1-2 working days is £7. Please order by 3pm between Monday and Friday for same day despatch via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Please note that Royal Mail aim to deliver parcels sent using their Tracked 24 service on the next working day (including Saturdays), but this is not guaranteed especially during peak times. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day.

European Union

Please see our EU website with prices in Euros including all local taxes and import duties, so you can purchase knowing that you will receive your order with no extra fees payable on delivery.

Tracked delivery to the EU is €12 depending on destination, and delivery is FREE for orders over €150. 

Orders usually arrive within 3 - 5 working days.

Germany/Austria

Please see our German-language website with prices in Euros including all local taxes and import duties, so you can purchase knowing that you will receive your order with no extra fees payable on delivery.

Tracked delivery is €4, with FREE delivery for orders over €60.

United States

We offer standard delivery to the US via Royal Mail and USPS for $9, with FREE delivery for orders over $150.

Rest of World

We welcome orders from international customers, and use tracked delivery services to ship worldwide:

Orders from outside the UK, EU or US may be subject to additional local taxes or import duties. You will be responsible for any charges and will need to pay them at the time of delivery. If you are unsure of the regulations in your country we encourage you to investigate before you place an order.

We hope that you love your order but if you need to return it for any reason we've tried to make it as easy as possible.

• Returns can be made within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
• Garments must be in their original condition and with labels intact.
• If you are returning part of your order, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.
• We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website.
• Refunds will be made to the card used for the original order.
• If you require an exchange, please return the original items to us, and place a new order for the required items. We will send out your new order as soon as possible and refund the original order once it has been received back.
• If you have received a faulty item or have an issue with your order, please email us at info@kite-clothing.co.uk.

In the UK you can use our tracked returns service via Royal Mail. Please note, we deduct a £2.50 administration fee for each parcel received when we process your refund.

To return your items to us using our tracked returns service, you need to:

1. Re-pack the items that you want to return (we suggest using the bag we sent the items in). Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with labels intact.
2. Complete the returns information on your delivery note indicating the number of items being returned and the reason code, and then enclose with the parcel.
3. Please visit www.kite-clothing.co.uk/returns-label to generate your returns label or arrange a free of charge collection (your postman will bring your printed label).
4. You will be asked to confirm the size and dimensions of your return, as well as provide your order information and details of the return.
5. You can either print your returns label yourself or go to the Post Office where it can be printed for you, or arrange a collection.
6. If printed, apply your returns label to the largest side of your parcel and then either drop it at a Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point, or have your parcel ready for collection if you have chosen that option.
7. You'll then receive proof of posting which is required for all returns.
8. We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your parcel, although during sale periods this can be a little longer. Once approved, the refund should then appear on your bank or credit card statement within 5-10 working days. This will include a deduction of £2.50 per parcel received.

For international returns you will need to pay for postage. To return your items you need to:
